It all comes down to the three essentials, or the basic building blocks of self-care: 

  1. Exfoliate: Removing dead skin cells helps to reveal smoother, brighter skin and prevents clogged pores, promoting a healthy complexion. (You can use a gentle scrub for your face and a body scrub for your body.)

  2. Hydrate: Nourisers and oils nourish your skin, locking in moisture, improving elasticity and giving it a soft, glowy appearance.

  3. Protect: Using SPF on often-overlooked areas shields your skin from harmful UV rays, preventing premature ageing and reducing the risk of skin cancer.
