Products

Is Sundae tested on animals?

No. Sundae is proud to be officially accredited by Leaping Bunny as a cruelty-free company. 

Sundae Body believes that beauty products should be cruelty free. We are proud to be Leaping Bunny approved. A global programme, Leaping Bunny requires cruelty free standards over and above legal requirements. 

All of our own brand cosmetic and personal care products are approved under the Cruelty Free International Leaping Bunny programme, the internationally recognisable gold standard for cruelty free products. We adhere to a fixed cut-off date policy and proactively monitor our 

suppliers to ensure that our products continue to adhere to the Leaping Bunny criteria. Our supplier monitoring system is also independently audited.

Does Sundae contain nasties?

Our products are free from parabens, PEGs, sulfates (SLS/SLES), GMOs and PEGs.  We are also proud to be cruelty free & vegan. 

Is Sundae vegan?

All Sundae products are vegan. 

Where is Sundae made?

We are an Australian-owned company with all our products made in Sydney, Australia. 

What is the shelf life of Sundae?

Unopened our products have a shelf life of 12 months. Once opened, we recommend using our products within 6 months. 

How should I store Sundae?

We recommend keeping our products in a cool place, away from heat, sparks, open flames and hot surfaces. 
Protect from sunlight and do not expose to temperatures that exceed 50°C. 

Your order

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you want to change or cancel your order, please email hello@sundaebody.com with your order details as soon as possible. Our warehouse team move pretty quickly to pack and send your orders so we can’t guarantee we’ll be able to change it in time but we’ll do our very best. 

I received a damaged/faulty product. What should I do?

Oh no! Firstly, we are so sorry. Please contact us at hello@sundaebody.com with your order details within 14 days of delivery and we will sort this out for you as soon as possible.

What payment methods do you accept?

Sundae accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal and Apple Pay and Shop Pay.

Shipping

How long will my order take to arrive?

All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 1-2 business days. Standard Shipping within Australia takes 2-7 business days after time of dispatch. 

How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped out, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number that you can use to track your order. 

Do you process orders during weekend and public holidays?

Sorry! Unfortunately our warehouse is closed on weekends and Public Holidays, so your order will be processed the following business day.
