How long will my order take to arrive?

All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 1-2 business days. Standard Shipping within Australia takes 2-7 business days after time of dispatch. 

How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped out, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number that you can use to track your order.

Do you process orders during weekend and public holidays?

Sorry! Unfortunately our warehouse is closed on weekends and Public Holidays, so your order will be processed the following business day.

Can Sundae Body provide an SDS so I can arrange my own shipping/air freight?

If we don’t currently ship to your country, we’re unable to provide Safety Data Sheets (SDS) or other technical documents needed for air freight. These documents are highly specialised and to avoid any confusion, we only share them directly with our authorised freight partners, who always have the most up-to-date versions.
